Information about the sessions:
The Retreat consists of an introductory session and 14 sessions with teachings, prayers and meditations with teacher Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang.
We advise you to follow the live schedule or make small adjustments according to your availability.
Information on the sessions: the sessions will be broadcast live via the zoom platform. You will find the access links below. Please be on time, as the teacher will be waiting for you. After the end of the session, you can find the recording of the content on this same page.
Recordings: Once a live broadcast is finished, the recording of the session will be made available to the student. To view the recordings, you will need to refresh the browser page.
Please note: All sessions will be in Spanish with translation into Portuguese and English. Prayers will be in Portuguese.
